Each day for the next month, there will be a new topic posted here. Players, parents and coaches should review these materials every day. They will become the foundation for everything we do this season. Some days there will also be a short assignment. These assignments are mandatory for all players.

Each day for the next month, there will be a new topic posted here. Players, parents and coaches should review these materials every day. They will become the foundation for everything we do this season. Some days there will also be a short assignment. These assignments are mandatory for all players.
The materials and assignments build on each other, so please don’t fall behind. Your progress will be tracked.
Players should also be completing their daily team workout as posted on TeamBuildr. This will really help with your fitness and skills. Again, your progress with these workouts will be tracked.
IMPORTANT: If you are playing other sports, or are doing a different workout at school or with a trainer, it is okay to substitute on any given day. It is still important to complete the specific tasks like cardio, stickhandling and shooting each day that it is scheduled. However, it is okay to move it to another day of the week when you aren’t quite as busy. Even when you’re on vacation, you should still be trying to find time to get in your workout.
